Projects
What started as a remodel, turned into a tear down and new build. The original home we purchased ended up having extensive repairs that were too costly to tackle. We poured our heart and soul into designing and building this modern Tudor style home that would fit into an established midtown neighborhood instead of sticking out like many new builds. This home has old world charm yet all the modern amenities needed in today's world. |
This modern Colonial-style home include a beautiful front porch, board-and-batten siding and modern farmhouse-inspired touches. We wanted a grand entry like many of the neighborhood’s Colonial-style homes have, we chose a herringbone pattern for the white oak floor because it’s stunning and timeless and sets the entry apart. The glass doors and windows fill the space with light. The interior includes many modern yet vintages touches. |
This full renovation of a 1935 cottage, we mixed old and new to respect the home’s vintage feel while making it functional for today. We hate to see the historical homes that make the neighborhoods of Tulsa, Oklahoma, so charming, torn down. We saved all that we could, even the trees and restored this home to it's former glory. We brought in old pine doors from the 1800's, kept the original solid wood doors and brass hardware. |
This 1927 midtown home was in great shape it just needed some updates and a new master suite and powder bath. We opened up walls, vaulted the living room and gave it a new modern kitchen and updated the one bathroom. We created a d breezeway from the garage to the home. The home flows very well and is a perfect little bungalow. |
Our very first project. We got lucky and scored this adorable bungalow before it hit the market. We loved the process of updating this old Tudor home into something new while still holding on to it's vintage charm. We opened up walls and kept the original red oak floors. We added a master suite with it's own bathroom and a powder bath. The kitchen was opened up to the living room. We put a fresh coat of lime wash on the exterior to brighten her up. |
